Cutting sale
Not even the most experienced growers have 100% rooting success with cuttings. We guarantee cuttings are fresh, damage free, and ready to root. If a cutting turns out to be defective, contact the seller and return the cutting within two weeks for a replacement or refund at their discretion.
Cuttings determined by the seller to have been mistreated by the buyer will not be replaced or refunded. This includes but is not limited to full sun exposure, heat damage, cold damage, excessive water, physical damage, insect or fungal infestation, or neglect. Please refer to Rooting Cuttings for advice on rooting cuttings.
Plant sale
If a plant turns out to be defective, contact the seller and return the plant within two weeks for a replacement or refund at their discretion.
Plants determined by the seller to have been mistreated by the buyer will not be replaced or refunded. This includes but is not limited to lack of acclimatization to new environment, heat damage, cold damage, excessive water, physical damage, insect or fungal infestation, or neglect. Exchanges
Unlike a home improvement store or a retail nursery, the SCPS does not keep cuttings or plants in stock. Therefore, we’re unable to accommodate exchange requests.
