The contest is open only to customers of the 2019 SCPS Hawaiian Plumeria Festival. No additional purchase is necessary to win. Customers need not be members of the SCPS to win.
The drawing is for one (1) plumeria plant of a minimum 1-gallon size. The SCPS will select the actual plumeria plant awarded.
All survey fields and questions must be completed according to instructions to be eligible to win.
The odds of winning will be determined by the number of entries received.
The prize will be awarded randomly and there is no guarantee that a winner will receive a particular plant. SCPS may substitute prizes of equal value at any time without prior notice.
The contest begins on August 31, 2019 and ends on September 15, 2019. Drawing will be held on or before September 30, 2019. The winner will be notified by phone or email within two weeks of the drawing.
The winner’s name(s) will be posted on socalplumeriasociety.com from September 30, 2020 to October 13, 2020.
Entrants need not be present at the drawing to win.
You must be 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the United States to enter the drawing and/or be eligible to win a prize. You may be required to provide proof of age, eligibility and identity upon request. Winner also may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a receipt.
Only one entry per eligible participant is allowed. Entrants who submit more than one entry will be disqualified.
The winner will be responsible for any applicable taxes or meeting other regulatory requirements.
Prizes may not be redeemed for cash or other consideration.
SCPS is not responsible for lost, misdirected, incomplete or incorrect entries. SCPS reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void the entry of any entrant whom SCPS believes has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this giveaway.
Entrant agrees that SCPS, its respective officers, directors, volunteers, and representatives shall be held harmless for and against any injuries, loss and/or damages of any kind that may arise in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of any prize.
This contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all federal, state, and local laws.
The prize will be awarded provided that more than 10 (ten) qualified entries are received.
