DESCRIPTION:This year is the 25th anniversary of the Pacific Islander Festival Association (PIFA)! \nThis tremendously popular Festival features 2 days of entertainment\, food and Pacific Islander themed gifts. \nLook for our information booth…we’ll be the friendly folks passing out free plumeria blooms! \nAbout PIFA: \nPIFA is a volunteer based organization made up of members who live in the San Diego community.  We welcome people of all cultures and all areas who have a drive to help preserve the Pacific Islander cultures of the indigenous people of Melanesia\, Micronesia and Polynesia through our annual festival and scholarship programs.
